Warranty Policy
Important notice regarding shipped tables: Customers are advised to decline delivery of any items that show signs of damage. Once an item has been signed for and accepted upon delivery, returns, refunds, or exchanges may not be accepted.
Pickleball Paddle Limited Warranty
The Intuit Sport Warranty is applicable exclusively to customers in the United States and Canada. To qualify for the warranty policy, registration on IntuitSport.com must be completed within 14 days of purchase.
Intuit Sport guarantees that the paddles are free from significant defects in workmanship and materials when utilized for their intended purpose under normal conditions and usage. This warranty covers a duration of 6 months starting from the date the paddles are received upon the original purchase*. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser. Additionally, the warranty does not extend to replacement paddles.
What Intuit Sport Covers
This warranty provides coverage for all defects caused by the manufacturer, missing parts, and issues with workmanship. In the event that any part or component of the product is found to be defective during the Limited Warranty period, Intuit Sport will, at their discretion:
- Replace the defective part or product with a new part or product of the same model or equivalent value.
- If the product was purchased from an authorized retailer, it is advised to first follow the retailer's return/exchange policy before contacting Intuit Sport customer service. The responsibility of Intuit Sport to replace or exchange the part or product will not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Intuit Sport will not be held liable for any loss of product usage or any additional costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the customer.
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Normal wear and tear, damages resulting from improper usage, negligence, acts of nature, or accidents (including failure to follow the provided instructions).
- Fading of graphics.
- Usage in commercial applications or rentals.
- Modification or repair conducted by unauthorized individuals or entities not authorized by Intuit Sport.
- Purchase from a non-authorized Intuit Sport dealer or acquisition of the product in used condition.
- Warranty claims made by individuals other than the original purchaser.

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Ensure that the product is registered before filing the warranty claim.
- Include the original copy of your sales receipt.
- Notify the company about the issue by submitting a Customer Service Case through our case portal, which can be found on the Contact Us page.
- Provide your name, address, daytime telephone number, the product's model number, and a detailed description of the problem.
- As the customer, you are responsible for shipping the paddle back to Intuit Sport in order to validate the warranty claim.
