Test Before You Purchase with Our Pickleball Paddle Demo Program - We appreciate your interest in the Intuit Sport Paddle Demo Program! This opportunity is available for addresses within the United States.
Experiment with up to 2 paddles for $30 and receive a $30 credit applicable to your next paddle purchase. The fee covers doorstep delivery and return shipping to Intuit Sport.
We offer shipping to any location within the US. (Paddles must be shipped to the billing address linked to the credit card and cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes.) Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days for most areas. You have 7 days from receipt to try out the paddles. (For example, if you receive them on a Monday, keep them until the following Monday.)
To return them to Intuit Sport, you can drop the demos off at any UPS store using the provided return label. (Require a new label? Please reach out to our Customer Care team at pickleball@intuitsport.com) Demo orders will be on hold until all demos are in stock and ready to be dispatched. If one or more demos are unavailable, the order will be delayed until it can be shipped completely.
Intuit Sport does not accept demo orders made with AfterPay, AmazonPay, PayPal, or gift cards. Each customer can only have one demo order active at a time, which must be returned before a new demo order can be sent out.
If one paddle has a 1-2 week delay, will the other paddle be shipped when available or held for shipment ?
For all our demos we will ship both paddles together. So If one paddle is ready and the other is currently out, we hold on to the paddle until both are ready.

Can I demo for 14 days ?
Our demo program is only for 7 days. We need to get the paddles backs so that other customers who may be waiting for that paddle will get it quickly.

Can I demo just 1 paddle ?
There isn't a single-paddle option available. However, you have the choice to select a second paddle and use only the one you wish to try. If you specifically desire only one paddle, you can contact us direclty, though the cost will remain unchanged.

How quickly will I receive the paddles after placing my order?
Demo paddles will be promptly shipped based on availability. Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays will ship the same day; after 1pm, they ship the next day. While we stock ample inventory, high demand may cause temporary shortages and shipping delays.
