Customers have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To qualify for a full credit, returned items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original packaging and accessories, including the plastic wrap. Items that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, paddles deemed unacceptable will not be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping expenses associated with returns or exchanges, and these costs are non-refundable.

Kindly allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. Upon approval, refunds will be issued within 7 business days

Domestic Shipping:We offer priority shipping across the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, excluding weekends, federally observed holidays, and a 1-day processing period.
International Shipping: We're happy to serve customers outside of the US! However, please note that international orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or customs fees. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we kindly remind you that we're not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

To activate your warranty, simply register your paddle within 14 days of purchase.
